2025 Media Rates
Our rates are crafted to provide exceptional quality and tailored solutions to fit your project needs.
Rates are valid from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. Prices may vary depending on individual projects. All work will be carried out under a contract that establishes the pricing and terms for each project. This web page serves as a general overview of services and pricing.
Camera Operator Hourly Rates
$125
Includes operator and one camera for the duration. One audio source may be recorded if a direct output is provided. Source files will be provided. Exporting and delivery are free of charge. Secondary shooters are available at a rate of $100 per hour
Sound Operator Hourly Rates
$75
On-site audio for multi-source recording. Includes microphones for up to six individuals.
Video Editing Hourly Rates
$65
Inclusive of cutting, trimming, color grading, sound editing, storyboarding, formatting, transcribing, and revisions. Exporting and file delivery are free and not charged on an hourly basis.
Travel Rates Per Mile
$1.20
Travel within 30 miles of any base of operation (Portland, Corvallis, Eugene, or Roseburg) is included at this rate, with distances calculated as a round trip and rounded up to the nearest mile. Out-of-state travel incurs different rates, which will be outlined and agreed upon in the contract.

Additional Services
Additional services are available upon request. Prices are based on the scope of the project and will be determined and agreed upon through a contract between the parties. The availability of these services may be weather-dependent, and timing will play an important role in determining feasibility. Studio space usage is available on a first-come, first-served basis and will be reserved upon receipt of a project down payment. Please contact us for more information or to inquire about services not listed here.
Additional services may be required when defining project scopes to address variable and additional needs, such as casting for talent. These services often involve subcontractors who are selected for their ability to provide the best solutions for your project. Subcontractors will provide quotes specifically for your project, and these quotes are not marked up by us. A list of subcontractors and their bids will be provided for review prior to project signing.
